This was probably one of the worst experiences I have had at a Wells Fargo location. I asked about a certificate of deposit and the teller asked me, "you want to open a checking account?" I told them I already have a checking account and was inquiring about a CD. I was sat down with a man named Saul Perez who was not welcoming. He started clicking through my account with no communication. After a long silence he finally asked how my day was going and told me he was upset about working on a Saturday. He continued clicking away at my account with no communication. He asked "how much are you looking to store away?" I told him it depended on the return, length of time, etc. He seemed very uneducated in terms of CDs, and Saul ended the transaction by telling me to go to a "real branch" because they could better help me weigh out my options. I spent 20 minutes here for nothing!
