  • I was first introduced to Ken and Lee Collins AC in 1986, WHen I purchased my home I added the warranty. At that time the AC unit was probably 10 to 15 years old. Over the years he has rebuilt almost everything possible and kept it running. Then about 10 years ago the inevitable happened. It could no longer be repaired so I had Ken to replace it for me. He is the only person I will let touch any AC of mine. I have never been without cooling more than 24-36 hours as I can count on him to find the problem and have it taken care of. I am still amazed that he was able to get about 25 years out of my original unit. I did a referral to a friend who in the middle of the summer season have an AC problem. Her warranty company told her it would be several days before they could get the part for the repair. I told her to call Ken. He went immediately and she had AC by the next day. She had her warranty company reimburse her since they could not get it done as quickly and as efficiently.
