| - Was referred by Sprint to retrieve pics off my iPhone (non-responsive touch screen, locked with passcode, stupid new iOS 9) before I swapped it out for a new phone. Went in on Fri to check on cost, they said "no problem, $35." Saturday I called and they said "No, that's going to be $55" although when I brought it in, they did eventually honor the original $35 I was quoted. They again told me it wasn't a problem and it would be a couple hours and they'd call me when it was done. Finally on Monday (closed Sundays!?!?), I called them to check on the status, was told "It's not ready yet. We need a special program that is on a Mac. We don't use Macs in the store, only Windows, and the guy that has one is off today." Tuesday: I called to check again and they said they couldn't get the pics off and since I paid for data retrieval and that no data was retrieved, there would be no charge. Wife went to pick it up and they told her that they still spent time on it so it would be $35. She had to do a little back and forth but eventually they agreed to not charge, but not very pleasant to deal with. When asked what they tried or what work they did, they responded something like "I don't know what they actually tried, all I know is they couldn't get the pictures." Just an all around frustrating experience.
