  • 02/04/16 Third time being here. As always the staff is very friendly and informative. The girls are great! However, I have to drop my review to 3 stars. I really, really want to love this place. I brought my children in to get info for a dual birthday party that I want to have in march for them. They both have birthdays within a month of each other so this would be a great place for a group of crawlers and 5 year olds. We ended up staying for two hours to jump today. Well, the place was sooooo dirty. There were 3-4 girls there so why were they not cleaning? I was there at noon when they opened. From the bathrooms, to the hallway floors, the drinking fountains, and all the floors in general. There were crumbs, dirt, balls of fuzz, beads from a necklace, gum, bobby pins, wrappers, etc. all over the carpeted area where babies are supposed to crawl on and the kids to run around on. My one year could choke on that stuff! I was hesitant to let my baby crawl on the floor and only let him play on the blue mats. The floors looked like they had not been mopped and the carpets vacuumed or shampooed in awhile! One kid had bare feet and they were black on the bottom from the carpets. Plus isn't it a health hazard to be barefoot???? The floor mats look like they were chewed up by a dog with all the edges ripped and pieces torn out of it. The perimeter of the rooms and bounce houses had thick dust/dirt build up. I took video and pictures. I will try to upload them. I am glad I returned to check it out again in person before I signed up for both my kids birthday parties there. I would be embarrassed to have friends and family walk into there! Pump it up has potential to make money but not in this condition. If the rooms were this dirty I would be very hesitant to eat there. Cleanliness is not their priority. There are too many competitors out there. I would rather pay $395 per party somewhere else that is cleaner and shows better. I don't mind shelling out the money for a decent party but I better get what I pay for! 08/2015 I had a groupon and apparently it was under the previous owners and is no longer valid. However, they still honored it and let us in for free!! Because of that good gesture and great customer service I will he having my son's birthday party here in March and will be back for future play dates!
