  • Based on today's experience I am excited to come back and give my business to this establishment. Susan listened great, offered conservative recommendations for Botox and even talked me out of getting more because she said it was my skin and not my muscle making some wrinkling. That explains why I have not been satisfied with Botox on my nose even though I kept trying. No one had told me that before. In addition, she offered ice and Arnica gel to help with bruising and I have never been offered that before either, and I have tried more than a couple places. Other negative reviews about bruising don't concern me at all- that can happen and it's not necessarily the doctor or nurses fault. Sometimes I bruise and sometimes I don't. As far as other reviewers complaints about lack of results, I will wait and see. If I don't have results in a few days, I will come back and alter my review. But based on everything else, this has been my favorite place for Botox yet.
