  • Paid an extra $10 for the "Full" service. Windshield still has gunk all over it; they didn't vacuum under one of the mats and left the driver's side one unhooked; there is still dust all over the dashboard; they didn't vacuum out the cupholders; and they did a lousy job vacuuming overall. When I came back when they told me, I got blank stares when I asked if my car was done. Now I understand why... $32 down the toilet. I could have sprayed my car with the garden hose, then driven around the block and gotten better results.
