  • We tried Revo again, more than a year after my last 1 star review. Customer service was fine this time, but they still screwed up our order. They had to remake one meal before we left and when we got home we noticed there were bits of shredded cheese throughout 2 veggie burritos (that don't even come with cheese), after we specifically said, "no cheese." It looked like they either added cheese and scraped it off or there was a cheese explosion over all of their food prep bins and they cleaned up as much as they could, but figured people wouldn't notice a little cheese confetti because everyone loves cheese. So I'm guessing business is good and they just don't really care about the quality of the food they serve. We don't support their idea of a revolution and won't be back.
