  • This place is an absolute joke. I walked my dog up there to get his nails clipped. I walk in and there's absolutely no one in the front of the store. I walk back to the grooming area and there is one dog getting groomed and 4 girls and 1 guy. I asked if someone could clip my dog's nails and they told me to come back in a half hour because they were having an employee meeting. I'm the only customer in the store and they couldn't take 5 min to do a task as easy as trimming nails? Why wouldn't you hold an employee meeting before the store opens? You would think they would love my business as it was a complete ghost town in there and now I know why. This place needs to hurry up and close so something useful for the neighborhood can take it's place.
