  • It was a great place until the new owners (Olen Living Properties) bought the property a few months after I moved in and what a joke it was. The people in the office are absolutely brain dead. Nobody knows anything, maintenance people don't take care of the property like they should. They even raised the rent after they took over the property. They are overpriced as it is especially for an apartment. They are nice and modern but I wouldn't recommend living there because of the office staff. They sent my refundable deposit check to a wrong address and we gave them the correct address when we turned in our keys. They are trying to keep money from our deposit for things they have not even proven to me. I've rented at other apartments in the past and have had problems but nothing as bad as this place when Olen Living took over. I would HIGHLY recommend renting elsewhere.
