  • Really shady buiness practices. I have been renting for many years and i have never had to spend so much money in repairs for a rental property...I might as well own the house because i have to pay for all the repairs and there are many. The day after i moved in thongs started to fall off of the house including door knobs, towel racks, and blinds. I was completly unaware when I rented this property that the whole develpement was in a lawsuit with the builders because of poor craftsmanship. The house is literally falling apart. Asset realty will fix it but you have to pay for the repair. I payed to have the door knob which fell off repaired only for it to fall off again because it was not fixed properly. If you dont value your hard eraned money and love to be nickled and dimed please rent from these people. I am moving out soon (Thank goodness) and from these other reviews and my experience with asset realty I have a feeling I will not get my deposit back even if I pay for professional cleaning.
