  • Aside from the fact that the cashier Mimi was so unpleasant she put the order in incorrectly even though I confirmed the order with her. The barista Andrei was very rude when I explained to him that the order was incorrect. I also purchased a ceramic cup from them which I had to return because it was dirty actually it looked used! If they took the time to look at the cup before throwing it in a bag they probably would've noticed that before I left the store. Horrible experience all around. What is going on with Starbucks's customer service? It's so discouraging to go into the stores. I definitely will not go back to the Scarborough Town Centre location even though it is closest to me.
