  • I have a service agreement with them for furnace and A/C checkups. Made an appointment for Wednesday, but they never showed up and never called. Would typically not give a company a second chance, but since I was under the agreement, I called and rescheduled for Sunday and was given a window of 12 - 5. Guess what? They never showed and never called. Worst company ever!! Rick H.
