Went in for buyer's inspection. Watched check out the car from the inside and outside of shop, and they seemed to spend about 10 minutes looking at the car and just left the car on the lift for another twenty minutes and declared the job done, without anything else looked at from that point.
It seemed that if I didn't bring up my concern that I was to be charged 100 bucks. Instead, they brought the price down to about 50 and charged for a half hour of work. I told them it seemed more like ten minutes of work and I mentioned seeing the car sitting on the lift for about twenty minutes without any further attention. Of whom appeared to be the manager told me that it was his decision to spend less time on the vehicle because it was newer and that it depended on the age and wear of the vehicle, regarding how much time was actually spent inspecting the vehicle. Manager said that young hybrids didn't need much attention. The clerk did not make any eye contact with me at all, which did not help with my perception of dishonesty. BBB complaint, next.
Update:
Upgraded to two stars, because their central Quality Service department contacted me: I was issued a refund.
