  • I do Not Recommend. They came out through the home warranty company 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty regarding a leak on the side of our house. They came hours after their 8-10 am timeframe. They stood around and made an assessment of the leak by looking at the wet rocks on the ground. That's it!! No Shovel -No Nothing!! They told the warranty company it was a leak in the main line. The main line is not covered. After we paid our $70.00 service fee to AZ Preferred and dismissed them, my husband took a shovel to the area and discovered a plumbing elbow from the sprinkler system was the problem!! UGH!!! We will do our best to get our service fee back. My husband took photos to prove the truth of the problem.
