  • I had Dick Van Dyke out to fix my washer, which worked but had a slight leak. I took of work once, and they came out and told me it needed a new drum. I waited for over a week and then took off work again on a Fri, and they came out and I installed the drum. When they left, I discover now the entire washer did not work. Whereas before it was simply leaking, now it did not work at all. The next day was Sat. If they had simply come out the next day and fixed what they had broke I would never have written this review. But they are saying for them to get out here, I will have to take off work again, and wait 5 more days...I would NEVER use them again. So one small leak, 3 days off work and 3 weeks with a broken washer...is there a way to give zero stars??? Dick Van Dyke Appliance World, When you buy from us Your troubles are more!
