  • Beware of the hard-sell "W ellness Plan"..IT is NOT insurance. It cannot be cancelled if your pet dies or is sold, given away, etc. You'll still have to pay the entire year's fees. Read online about it and make an informed decision. Our cat was euthanized and I'll be paying for his wellness plan for 8 more months. It cannot, by the way, be transferred to another pet or to the next owner. I will not be bringing my other cat to Banfield. I would have if the Wellness Plan had tranferred to her. They've lost a customer.
