This has been my favorite pizza place in Las Vegas for years. They have expanded to a number of locations and I know the owners and they can't be at every location. Their lack of supervision at all locations have made this place suffer a bit. I have had pizzas with so much black oven residue on the bottom that it is not edible and some service has suffered without their attention. The guys that run this place know their pizza. They have probably tasted more New York style pizza than anyone. They use the best ingredients and taught me what a real New York pizza should be. You used to be able to take a pizza making class there which is very cool. I hope they still do it. They have a great salad with a house dressing that is out of this world. 5 stars if they weren't so expanded and could afford to be everywhere. Grimaldi's edges them out a bit for a reliable quality. Two good guys that know a lot about pizza.
