  • Had a modem stolen from apartment and when I contacted cox they sent a technician, "Oscar" a very professional and reasonable/knowledgable technician who sympathized with our current issue of theft. He not only installed a brand new Higher speed modem than our previous one, he waved the cost and was told that this will cost no additional fee and was very caring and professional about the matter. Thanks cox and thanks again Oscar. Cox communication should be very grateful to have an employee like Oscar.
