  • SO IMPRESSED!!!! As I am a business owner I appreciate honesty and integrity. Also being a long time Las Vegas local I've seen many fly by night companies. This was a truly amazing company to do business with! Now to be honest I was a previous customer of their competitor. I had them do my previous address not even knowing about Nevada Rolling Shutter. And it was horrible. Multiple lies, over charges, changes at my install you name it. They even uses subs for the install. And warranty!!! Ha! Forget it! That's how I came across Nevada Rolling Shutter. I had service needs and was so fed up with Rolladen that after searching I found Nevada Rolling Shutter. From the start of the initial phone call I knew these guys were so different. They came out the same day for my service needs. Not 9 days later like Rolladen. To top it off they didn't even charge me!!! I couldn't believe it. I hadn't even bought from them. When I insisted on paying they would not allow it. They simply asked to earn my business and referrals. So I recently bought new homes for myself and my mother. I kept my word and had Nevada Rolling Shutter do both homes. They came out spectacular. So much of a better product! True German product and the family installs them and builds them!!! Perfect 100%. This is a father and sons operation. You can tell from the beginning to the end. I was so impressed with their salesman Scott. I was also very impressed with owner Bruce & General Manager and one of the sons Logan. You can truly tell these guys love what they do and bend over backwards to make their customers happy. It's almost like things were in the old days with them. You can tell all these kids were raised right and care about their company very much. My installs went perfect. I received follow up calls after to insure I was totally satisfied. I have referred this company to many. This is truly the best security you can get hands down. There's no reason to even bother with anyone else. These guys are truly the best at what they do and their reputation, reviews, and customer service show it. Thanks for years of great service guys! We love you!
