  • DO NOT RENT THE CAR FROM HERE !!!! Please do NOT make the same mistake that we did. This is ridiculous. We rent cars from different company all the time and this is the WORSE. If I could give it ZERO star I would but there's not an option for that. We wanted to pick up the car at 10 pm. Until 12 am we were not able to leave. They ask for $350 security deposit? What the heck??? What??? what??? OK fine. Security deposit, we will get the money back later right? I hope so. They also say we need a utility bill. What the hell? Why would I ever bring a utility bill to rent a car? Then they ask for proof of insurance policy. They want it email to them. What??? Horrile horrible. Please do not rent a car from here again. Go to another company PLEASE!!! GOSH!!!!!!! I'm so upset!!!
