  • My wife and I rented a nice 3/2.5 unit in Enterprise for 6 months. The walk-through was very thorough wherein they videotaped the entire house. Upon move-out, we had the carpets professionally steamed and brought the house back to move-in cleanliness. Our security deposit (including pet) was promptly returned in full. I can't speak to some of the negative reviews but in my experience, it's pretty simple; if you take care of the property and leave it as your received it, your deposit will be returned, without issue. I would recommend Rick and Janice Cofield.
