We bought an expensive three piece couch from Z gallerie. We waited almost two months for it to come in and when it did the chaise was broken and we refused it. We called Z gallerie, we were told its rare for it to happen especially twice, that they couldn't do anything until we receive an unbroken couch but promised some type of credit/gift card so we reordered it. We waited another couple months to have the same problem again! Once again we were promised credit when we receive an "unbroken couch" nothing else. We are now trying to get ahold of someone just to return the whole thing back! Absolutely horrible customer service and to wait almost 6 months for a couch is ridiculous. I would rate it 0 stars if i could. They didn't care one bit about our issues instead would just past our problem to multiple people in customer service.
