rev:text	Got to my appointment with only 1 person ahead of us. A couple minutes passed when 2 new families walked in. Person ahead of me got called in. Then they called in someone else. i got up to ask how much longer til they called my brother in? lady said assistants had his chart back there already. "Ok, maybe their setting up the room?" i thought. Minutes later someone else gets called in!!!??? Thats when i was upset. so i went to ask again and the "fat girl" in the front (dont know their names since they denied to tell me) said the 3 patients who got called in before me were there for "TREATMENT" and that they were running behind because some doctor didnt have the keys to the cabinet for their instruments? "ummm ok??? so let me get this straight,.. you guys dont have the keys to the instruments, yet you DO have instruments to set up for a treatment. BUT you dont have a simple mirror and explorer to do a quick exam????" Later we FINALLY get called back! The so called "assistant" (who denied giving her name as well) walked in and 1st thing she asked was whos mom? i pointed to my mom and said "she is".THIS SO CALLED ASSISTANT WAS IN A REAL RUSH TO KICK ME OUT OF THE ROOM! I explained to her that i was always in the room, she said i had to go outside. the room was very spacious so i saw no harm, i told her i wanted to know if my brother would need treatment. she continued to want me out of the room??? "WHY GIRL?" I STAYED IN THE ROOM WITH MY BROTHER WHO BY THE WAY ONLY FEELS COMFTERABLE IF IM IN THERE WITH HIM! As we walked out my mom asked the receptionist for the assistants name, and that was when they avoided the question asking my mother why she wanted it?? we explained to her she was very rude, fat lady got up AGAIN to interrupt and try and cover assiatants "behind" by saying that it was because I kept complaining about not getting called back??!!! "OK REALLY? THATS HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE!?! SO THIS DUMB GIRL WAS RUDE TO US CUZ I ASKED 2x HOW MUCH LONGER? lmao! I USED TO LOVE THIS PLACE, I referred patients from the dental office I work at ALL THE TIME...NOT NO MORE! THANK YOUR RUDE EMPLOYEES ANTHEM!
