| - Horriable customer service .. I bought a $500 Tom Ford glasses here 2 years ago which came with a lifetime warranty except the lens. Today , I took my glasses to the store to tighten up the one of the leg's screws . Sales rep, Selina ( probably lied her name , Caucasian lady with glasses ) told me to go shop and come back in 15-20 min , which is fine ... I went back 30 minutes later , she was helping a customer , .. told me it's not done yet, because customers came in.. which is fine too.. I waited at the store , and the rest of the shoppers left without buying. Then, she came back and told me they can't find a right screw, and working on getting it fixed. Then, she came back with my glasses with one leg unscrewed (separated) and told me the screw was broken and it's stuck in the leg and can't be taken out. Very rudely said I need to call Tom Ford and ask for repair even though I bought it from the store with the lifetime warranty. She gave me a businesscard to another glass repair shop. I asked if I could speak to the owner , and she rudely said he won't be available .. and took away the business card . All of that could be done with a good positive attitude ... she seemed mid 40's but if you don't have customer service and positivity in you, sales isn't for you ... horrible experience !!!!
