| - I used the car buying service through my bank/insurance company, and they were able to find me the used vehicle I wanted at Infiniti of Peoria. I went in the following weekend, and the car was exactly what I was looking for and not outside of my price range, with only minor issues (missing hubcap that they already had a replacement on order, and mismatched floormats). The salespeople were perfectly friendly and when I told them repeatedly that I wanted to go through the same "bank" for my loan, they made the impression that it was no problem. Signed all of the papers, made the agreement that they would let me know when the hubcap came in, and my first payment on the new loan would be in 45 days.
Cut to three weeks later... my hubcap that they sat on for an extra week was sent to the wrong address. My loan went through a bank that I have never heard of, so now I will need to refinance once I receive my loan paperwork, which also hasn't been sent to me yet. Oh, and the salesperson that told me my first payment would be due in 45 days actually wrote it down as 30 days. Which is a problem, considering I don't know my loan number, and neither does this bank they went through (I finally called them directly).
The manager hasn't responded to recent phone calls or voicemails, so now I have had to call individual departments several times. Their parts department is staffed by incredibly rude employees that basically can't figure out how my hubcap was sent to a wrong address, and in a different family member's name (not a name that appears on ANY paperwork).
I have owned 5 vehicles in my lifetime and this has been the WORST experience I have had with a dealership. There have been individual employees who have attempted to help out with these issues, but they seem the polite and helpful minority.
I normally do not try to leave negative reviews but this has been the longest headache of my life and I have never dealt with such an unprofessional group.
