To be honest, I didn't get in the door. I was recommended to the shop by a friend who is fanatical about the owner/artist Jamie. When I presented him with an idea that was very significant to me, he was dismissive of it. He could be bothered to do it, but decided it lacked artistry. It takes a lot of ignorance to decide something needs arbitrary gradients or japanese flowers to suit his aesthetic and ignore the person who will be wearing it forever. I can't speak for the other artists that may be in the shop, but an ego that enormous must influence those around it. His work is the same as many other shops and has the sterotypical attitude to match. It's competent work.
