  • Bad day? Called about 2.5 weeks ago to schedule an estimate via Myra, who I must admit, bought my confidence in this company. My appointment was scheduled with Peter. Appointment day and time came, no Peter, no call. Called JB & Sons and spoke with Myra again who confirmed my address on her appointment log and said she'd call Peter and circle back. Once again, no call, no Peter. I guess I'm happy to learn this is who Jim Brown & Sons is now vs. learning it later after they touched my roof. Great representation guys but don't bother...someone else was all too eager to pick up the business.
