  • Their service department has let me down time and time again. When I reach out to their corporate to have a GM reach out to me it doesn't happen. My car has now been in their possession 6 times since the end of January. They continue to give me the car back with the same issues it went in with, just yesterday keeping it overnight without giving me a rental. When I asked if I could pay for one they said there were no more available. I live 20 miles from this dealership! Just awful experience all together and now I have spent 2000 dollars without a resolution. Horrible :(
