  • I've been coming here for 7+ years now and had no problem during that time. But today I've decided to never come here again. I've made an appointment at 10:30 and arrived on time. My stylist sat me down and told someone to wash my hair. Then I realise he had another client who JUST started getting her haircut. So I waiting thinking it may not be long. 11:30 rolls around and I finally ask my stylist how much longer and he just told me to come back another day. At that point I just left would never come back again. Imagine if they treat their loyal customer like this, how would they treat any new customer.
