I purchased a Living Social Deal, with the sole purpose of getting a good deep professional clean done. I called to schedule and was told "they couldn't get to living social deals for another month".
The day of my appointment I called about 30 minutes after my scheduled time and was told that because they failed to write down my phone number upon scheduling they couldn't call to confirm and therefor didn't want to send their girls "all the way to Queen Creek" in case I wasn't there. I was told they could be there that afternoon, and although it was a complete inconvenience I agreed to the later appointment. About 20 minutes later I receive a call from the maid themselves telling me they were sick and asking if they could come the next day. I agreed that it would be fine. After thinking about it, I realized that since my deal was supposed to include up to 4 hours of cleaning- that would mean they would be at my house until 8:30 at night, which would cut into my family Christmas. I called the main number back and let the manager/ owner? know that the following day would not in fact work. She got angry and told me the girls had NO right to call me and she would make it right. (I was not angry- I was trying to be understanding). She called me back a couple hours later and said the maid would be at my home the following morning.
The cleaning.. The girls were really nice and polite. They spent 50 minutes in my home and did nothing more than a normal cleaning I do weekly myself. The didn't even sweep or mop my bathroom floors.
I feel completely ripped off for what I paid, and will never call this company again. Very disappointed.
