Our flight was cancelled so we were forced to stay here. The room was updated and modern but the cleanliness left much to be desired. Our sheets had a suspicious stain on them (picture uploaded)...it didn't take much imagination to guess what it was. We called the front desk for replacement sheets and they told us to walk down to get them.
My husband walked down to the front desk and found a long line. He waited in the line only to be told that they would bring up the sheets in 15 minutes. Honestly I expected them to forget, but they did eventually bring up clean sheets.
I think expecting clean sheets at a hotel is fair - and to me, it ranks pretty high on my list of priorities. So, even though the rest of my experience was fine, I'd rank this hotel two stars for failing to meet my expectations for cleanliness.
