  • WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE! If you like roaches, obnoxious neighbors that harass you over unassigned parking, ignorant and dirty neighbors, management and leasing agents that could care less, men constantly hanging out in the hallway, ghetto kids that fight, beer cans , blunt wrappers and trash all over, no security, broken or open gates this is the place for you! This has been the worst 9 months of my life. When I moved here from out of state they did no walk thru, Broadstone was still managing this property. My apartment was not cleaned or painted and was infested with roaches. I had to go thru hell just to be moved to a new unit. Corporate reimbursed me all of my money because the condition of that apartment. Soon after the property was took over by Ultris and I was told by management they were working on making things better which was a complete lie.
