  • Bought a Dolphin from this store for over $1,000. It quit working so I took it in for repair. They no longer sell this brand and claimed screws were stripped so they were not able to do anything. The salesman was no help when I asked what I could do for repair or could he recommend a repair service. He said to call the manufacturer. I reminded him i bought the Dolphin from that store. In fact I have purchased pool supplies there for well over 10 years. NOT anymore! I called the manufacturer who immediately emailed me a shipping authorization for repair I had it back in four days. It was covered under warranty!
