rev:text	if there was a way to give zero stars I would...if you are looking for a removable pool fence DO NOT CALL DCS. Here is my story. I called to have an appointment set up which was for a Monday, they confirmed my appointment. I waited at home all day, no one ever showed up. At the end of the day when I called I was told they made an error and he would be there on Wednesday. I explained I needed a fence installed on a certain date for a party. I was assured that was no issue. On Wednesday he came out to give me a price. Once I paid my deposit I was told "sorry, we cant make the date we promised" very nice considering I told the person on the phone and Todd (who came to my house) I had a deadline. They managed to move me to the appointment that I was promised to which I was thrilled BUT surprise...when the installers came out they said they couldn't finish the job on time. I called to speak to Todd (who was on vacation and couldn't talk to me) when he finally called back he said he should have realized cement was needed. SURPRISE...when you put a post in dirt you need cement. Needless to say they did not meet the deadline for the party and my pool did not have a fence with children over. I feel all they did was take my money knowing they couldn't make the deadline. At this point I have no need for the fence that I just paid them $2,000 for. On top of that I just looked at the fence and with it only being used for a few hours when they installed it is already falling apart. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING A FENCE FROM THEM PLEASE RECONSIDER!!!!!
