  • This location can be hit or miss some times. The last time I was here (December 5), I had no issues. They didn't have a children's shoes in the size I was looking for and the associate helped me find it at another store and also had them put it on hold for me. She was very friendly. I planned on purchasing another pair of shoes, but found out they didn't have that shoe in the store with the children't shoe on hold for me. I only planned to buy two pairs of shoes to get the buy one, get one 50% off deal and the associate helped me make that happen. She told me I could get a "dummy size" of the kid's shoe and just exchange it for the correct size at the other store. That worked and I had absolutely no problem with my exchange later on that day.
