  • Made an appointment for a state inspection. Made the appointment for 1pm on a Saturday. Asked how long it would take. Was told 1 hour over the phone. Arrived at 12:50pm and was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Well it took 3 hours and no apology at all. Plus the coffee machine in the waiting area was not working. Had several upset customers waiting. The customer service here stinks.
