Lyfe kitchen is a great concept but I have to say the service is always slow and the staff seem pretty zoned out. I had the penne with mushroom, spinach & pesto- it was okay. Good enough for the day after drinking. A bit too salty. Had to spit out a couple of gristle/chewy chicken pieces. The Brussels & sweet potato w honey mustard are great! My friend had the breakfast wrap which is amazing (we both love it). I do love the water station, temperate or cold flat and cold seltzer (small bubbles too- not the big ones). The line to order food can be a bit long & the menu posted on the wall is not detailed. Otherwise You have to try and grab a menu from the counter which is rough when there is a line.
