  • I love the Cake Boss and everything he stands for (Family, food, etc.) but this is my second and last visit... Sorry Buddy! Don't get me wrong, the baked goods are average (That's worth at least 3-stars), but what I can't look past is the service. You wait in line about 10-15 minutes... no big deal for LV. When you finally get up to the first counter (there are 5 in total), the "Retail Associate" asks what you'd like and if it's in the first case they always ask you hurriedly "Is there anything else?!?" Like, "Hurry up and tell me what you'd like so I can get on to the next person!" Not certain what the rush is, because while we're hurried through the line the lone cashier is as fast as molasses and the quantity of people waiting to pay is nearly as long as the line into the place (Hello bottleneck!) Anyway... Skip this place and venture outside to the French bakery... Good selection, super tasty and AWESOME customer service!
