  • Was a very loyal customer and now will never go back to pawn first. The Gilbert location was amazing. Best staff ever and where always helpful! When I moved to tempe the relationship took a huge downfall when I left 2 items in pawn for less than a month and they wanted an additional 60 percent of what they loaned me to get it back.. which is absurd and when I was 20 dollars short they wouldn't work any deals and laughed me out of the store. Worst experience ever. I now have to lose my items because I will never step foot in their location again. Extremely bummed
