  • Starting to dread coming to this office only because their receptionist and front office personnel are so rude, monotoned, lack social skills or are either sarcastic. Please do something about this! Find another person to stick in the front who is more friendly, personable and smiles for heavens sake! It's taking me a lot not to be rude back. Last thing anyone needs when bringing in a sick baby or kid to a pediatricians office is coming across such rude people! I could show your staff how to be more sympathetic and personable for free!
