  • It saddens me to have to write a bad review on a place I like so much but this experience was awful. We typically go to the one on Russell which is absolutely 5 stars but we decided to go to this one because it was open later; bad choice. Ordered 3 drinks and 2 waters, kids burger, Kiki burger (well done with an egg added) & miyagi burger (well done) & fries. Got our 2 teas and 1 soda, no water. Got all our burgers, even the kids one cooked medium rare, no egg on the burger and no fries. Ignored the egg and waited a few extra on the fries incase they were coming but nope never came. Had to tell a waiter who said he would go check and then came out saying they were coming up which means they were forgotten. A lady then comes out around 10 minutes later with the fries & the egg stating she apologized that they forgot the egg in the first place and it would be taken off the bill. For someone who likes runny eggs, you could tell this was rushed just like the fries, as the egg white, not the yolk, was still runny and the fries were soaked in oil. Definitely will not be returning to this location!!!
