  • Took my 2012 Ford Fusion in for an Oil Change and to have the alignment checked. They informed me that my car was slightly out of alignment - and for $69 they'd align it and it would be guaranteed for 6 months - I could bring it back if it went out of alignment - and they'd re-align it at no cost to me. The entire experience was terrible. When they gave me the car back, the steering wheel was off center. Who does a wheel alignment and doesn't have the steering wheel straight across when going in a forward motion. My steering wheel was turned to 2 o'clock. Also there was no sticker on my windshield to tell me when to return for the next oil change - they had forgotten to do this. I took the car back for them to remedy the steering wheel issue - they were screaming at the employee who did it wrong the first time that he should go out and apologize to me. They told me that I needed brakes and that it would be $289. Needless to say I did not have my brakes done there - I took it to my mechanic whom I should have taken it to to begin with. My usual mechanic did my rear brakes for $200.00. New Rotors - pads (metallic). The thing that bothers me most about this place is I get the impression that they think just because they're dealing with a woman - that they can tell us anything. I would never go back there again - they're just not trustworthy and their mechanics are questionable at best - perfect example my so called front end alignment. The car still doesn't feel right - and even though they guaranteed their alignment - I would never take it back there - I will have to pay for another mechanic to look at the front end. And by the way before i gave them my business I mentioned to them about the bad reviews they had already - they told me they were disgruntled ex employees. I am not a disgruntled ex employee. I'm a regular person who had the day off - wanted some work done on my car - didn't want to drive into Euclid (which I am still kicking myself for not doing) and gave this garage an opportunity to make a customer - BIG MISTAKE. If you are reading this review - and are in need of an auto repair - I would recommend looking elsewhere. These guys are bad news.
