  • 3.5 STARS Since this is close to work and does not get the the same customer traffic as a Toronto store this makes it my favourite Best Buy b/c it's never busy (at least not on the weekdays) and generally I can find what I want at this location. Never being busy means that I don't have to wait in some ridiculously long line to pay or wait forever and a day for someone to answer my questions on products. I went to buy a laptop here and was provided with great information regarding the various types of laptops they had. The staff seemed knowledgeable in the computer department. they even ensured they found my best buy rewards number in their system so I could earn those precious points. I've never had a bad customer experience in this store - everyone has always been friendly and polite. Being that I can pop in at lunch time and get what I want is a big plus. I've never been on a weekend so I have no idea if the hopping town of Aurora comes alive and floods this location! I've never stood in line for more than 5 minutes and I've never had an issue finding a staff member to help me. I don't like how after you pay you have to show the person at the door your purchase/receipt. Clearly to exit they would see me coming from the cash after I've paid. I don't get this workflow process from their end.
