  • This dealership personally ripped me off on my 2011 RAV4. It MSRP at 28K when I purchased it, I put down 1500 and a trade in they valued at 2K. I told the saleman I wanted to do whatever it took to pay the least amount of money for hte car in the long run. he said if I lease the vehicle I will save money because my payoff at 2 1/2 years would be 15K. The buyout at the end of the lease is 13K he said don't pay attention to that because you will be buying it out in 2 1/2 years for 15K so that doesn't matter. My payments amounts are 449/month for a 5 year lease. I am not over 3 years in the lease and my payoff is still at 21,206. So basically I have paid 18,000 + 2K (trade in) +1500 down pmt to still owe 21000 on a vehicle that was valued at 28K when I purchased it. SCAMMERS. Now they are not helping me to get back the money I have lost. say there is nothing they can do because of how it was set up. This is just flat out wrong.
