If I could give them a negative number for stars I would. It took 10 days to get an appointment to fix a washing machine. I was scheduled for a visit between eight and 12. The technician didn't show up until 430 in the afternoon. He looked at it told me it was broke and needed to order parts- they ordered the parts. Finally after receiving the parts, I was scheduled for friday only after several calls to see why no one had followed up with me. On friday when I called to check on the appointment at 11:30 (the appointment was from 8 to 12) they told me I was not assigned to a technician for that day. They couldn't reschedule me until Tuesday. On Tuesday when I called to see where their technician was they said that that appointment was scheduled for Wednesday.
Their call center is extremely unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. One of the calls on the phone with them, I was told that I needed to be more patient. I asked 2 different people the name of their CEO they gave me 2 different names. I guess if they don't even know who the CEO of the company is - it makes sense why things are running the way they are.
