  • Love the two stylists with whom I've had experience but management is apparently running off their employees with agreements they keep requiring them to sign. Had to change stylists abruptly months ago after showing up for an appointment at McClintock/Warner, only to find out my stylist no longer worked there. No phone call, nothing. Now the same thing happened again, only this time my stylist contacted me days ago. Arizona Hair Co only called me about the issue yesterday afternoon. My appointment was scheduled for this morning. Great customer service yet again??? My suggestion, don't get too attached to your stylist. The people managing this company will find a way create havoc.
