We were under warranty to fix our refrigerator and they guy came out and said we need a new compressor but that he had to order it. Well a week later they call and we set up an appointment for between 2:00 and 5:00 and I provide my cell number as a secondary number in-case I don't hear the main number. Well I come home after 2:00 and there is no message on my phone and I don't think to check my cell phone where it seems they have left messages saying there guy could not get here. I call back but they close at 4 and leave a message. I then call at 8:00 the next morning and and talk to a very rude women who says that they did not make a mistake and they we were at fault for not giving the right number and the when I tell her that we need to reschedule for the end of the day Friday she refuses to work with me and have the guy come out between 3:30 and 5:00 claiming we have to have someone there between 12:00 and 5:00. I could not believe this. I will never use the company again and would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable customer service. If a company can't met the needs of the customer they should not be in business especially after they make the mistake of calling the wrong number and not making the effort to talk to the customer. I hope they get ride of the person who answers their phone she will put them out of business. I will say this the tech was nice it was the phone contact that was nasty.
