I only tried two menu items and two drinks so far so it's hard to say if I'm a fan. When we went a few weekends ago around 1 pm, there was no line and we were seated right away. The service was friendly and attentive. We tried the pancake souffle and the 48 hour short rib. I would say the pancake souffle just met my expectations. It was cooked through but it wasn't very high and souffle like. It was rather stubby but nevertheless airy and light. There was 3 pieces, with some berries and ice cream. I thought it was a good experience but it's not something that I'd go back for. It kind of lacks "substance", like it's missing some elements to the dish. The short rib was very good. Tender, flavourful, and paired well with the other ingredients, I thought this was a winner.
Our drinks were okay. I ordered a latte and it was fine, but not something I'd come specifically for. I thought the prices were a bit on the high side considering the plates weren't very substantial.
