  • This is our second time purchasing a home, so it goes without saying it's our second time going through the home inspection process. After meeting with Don tonight, I felt compelled to write a review so other homeowners, current and future, could have the fortune of using Don's (Porterhouse) home inspection services. As soon as we walked into the property, Don greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel at ease prior to viewing the results of the inspection. He took 130 quality photos of the property, and explained key items from the inspection in detail. It wasn't only his knowledge and attention to detail that were impressive, but the way he presented the information was as if he had rehearsed his presentation for weeks! It was obvious that he knew what he was talking about, and that he truly cared about performing a thorough inspection. Thank you, Don, for being our advocate during the home buying process!
