  • I called this place this morning, about a litter of puppies I have. Anyways, I called the shelter part of this business, the man who answered the phone was ridiculously rude, spoke over me. Did not listen to what's was saying what so ever. His customer service skills didn't even pass to the bare minimum. Probably just shouldn't answer the phone... I under stand him telling me over and over again they don't have any puppy fosters. He wanted me to call rescues on the west side, when the puppies were already in my possession. & I live in Scottsdale. I'm sure he was a volunteer so he doesn't care how he talks to people who call for advice. I'm glad I won't be taking my puppies here! Disgrace!
